I am willing to travel anywhere for demonstrations and workshops in all aspects of sugarcraft.
An area that I am particularly well known for is sugar flower making using the 'Softly Softly' method, also known as 'twiddle and stick', where flower petals are wired seperately and taped together while still soft for beautifully realistic flowers.
